Registration (after 15th March 2008)	Medical staff	£275  inclusive of VAT
	Other professional staff	£240 inclusive of VAT
One day delegate fee		£135 inclusive of VAT
Congress Dinner only		£47 inclusive of VAT
Accompanying persons programme		£120 inclusive of VAT

Full registration includes

• admission to the scientific and educational sessions

• certificate of attendance
• welcome reception/lunches/tea and coffee breaks/congress dinner

One-day delegate fee includes

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

Methods of payment

Payments can be made by credit card or a by sending a cheque, made out to Birmingham Burns Congress in pounds sterling (£) to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations of registration must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellation charges:

Cancellation (before 15th March 2008)	Refund of 50% of total paid
Cancellation (after 15th March 2008)	Sorry, no refund will be possible
